Pauline has over 15 years experience working in the Shire as a remedial massage therapist.

Pauline came to massage after a background in nursing, she is trained in a wide array of massage techniques including remedial, sports, therapeutic, relaxation and pregnancy massage.

Pauline has many athletes and sports people who see her for her massage expertise. She loves the challenge of unwinding those knots in a sports massage but is also equally passionate about helping you relax and feel nurtured and restored with some self-care relaxation style massage.
